End a Specific Call
1. Touch Swap until the call you want to end appears in a
green box.
2. Touch End Call to end the specific call.
3. Touch End Call to end the remaining call.
Answer a Call While You Have a
Call in Progress
You can answer another call while you have a call in progress
if you have activated your Call waiting feature. Otherwise, the
other call will go to your Voicemail box. For more information,
refer to “Additional Settings” on page 121.
1. Touch and slide to the right to answer another call.
2. Touch Putting “Name/Number” on hold to put the
first call on hold.
– or –
Touch Ending call with “Name/Number” to end the
first call.
3. To switch between the two calls, touch Swap.
• Swap: Places the current call on hold and then activates the
previous call. The active call will appear in a green box. Touch
Swap again to switch back.
To End a Call on Hold
1. Touch End Call to disconnect the active call.
2. The call on hold will now become the active call. Touch
End Call to end the call.
3-Way Calling (Multi-Party Calling)
The 3-Way or Multi-Party feature allows you to answer a
series of incoming calls and place them on hold. If this
service is supported by the network, all calls can be joined
together. You are notified of an incoming call by a call waiting
tone.
Note: The Merge option combines all of the calls you have
established with your phone (both active and on hold).
Swap places the current call on hold and then activates
the previous call.
This feature joins all of the calls you have established with
your phone (both active and on hold) into a multi-party call.
