• Set Alarm?: allows you to set an alarm for this event. Press Yes to set or No to
skip.
• Alarm Time: allows you to enter the time you wish the alarm to sound. Press
the Set soft key.
• AM/PM: use the Up or Down Navigation key to select AM or PM for the start
time of the scheduled event and press the Select soft key.
• Alarm Tone: allows you to choose from 3 pre-loaded alarm tones. Press the
Set soft key.

When you have finished, press the Select soft key.
To Do List
To schedule an event use the following options:
• Memo Time: enter the Memo Time using the keypad and press the Set soft
key.
• AM/PM: use the Up or Down Navigation key to select AM or PM for the start
time of the scheduled event and press the Select soft key.
• Set Alarm?: allows you to set an alarm for this event. Press Yes to set or No to
skip.
• Alarm Time: allows you to enter the time you wish the alarm to sound. Press
the Set soft key.
• AM/PM: use the Up or Down Navigation key to select AM or PM for the start
time of the scheduled event and press the Select soft key.

When you have finished, press the Select soft key.
Call
To schedule a call, do the follow:
1.
Highlight the desired date for the call, then press the Select soft key.
2.
If needed, add a memo to the selected date, then press the Exit soft key.
3.
Highlight Call, then press the Select soft key.
4.
Enter the telephone number on the Call screen. Press the OK soft key.
5.
To schedule a call on a specific day use the following options:
• Memo Time: enter the Memo Time using the keypad and press the Set soft
key.
• AM/PM: use the Up or Down Navigation key to select AM or PM for the start
time of the scheduled event and press the Select soft key.
• Set Alarm?: allows you to set an alarm for this event. Press Yes to set or No to
skip.
