Creating a Calendar Event
To create a calendar event:
1. From a Home screen, touch (Applications)
➔ Calendar.
The Agenda screen displays.
2. Touch (Menu) ➔ Day and then touch and hold an
hour.
– or –
Touch (Menu) ➔ Week and then touch and hold a
day and an hour.
– or –
Touch (Menu) ➔ Month and then touch and hold a
day.
3. Touch Create on the pop-up menu.
Tip: You can also touch (Menu) ➔ More ➔ Create from
any Calendar screen.
4. Enter the event information in the Create event screen,
then touch Done.
Managing Calendar Events
To add a reminder, edit an event, or delete and event:
1. From a Home screen, touch (Applications)
➔ Calendar.
2. Touch an event.
The View event screen displays.
3. Touch (Menu) for these options:
• Add reminder: Add additional reminders for the event.
• Edit event: Edit the details of the event.
• Delete event: Delete the event being displayed.
Customizing the Calendar
1. From a Home screen, touch (Applications)
➔ Calendar.
2. Touch (Menu) ➔ More ➔ Settings to configure
settings:
Calendar view settings
• Hide declined events: Enable or disable display of events.
• First day of week: Choose whether Sunday or Monday is the
first day of the week.
