Ⅲ Once it is finished, click Next , select to restart your
computer for the changes to take affect, and click
Finish .
Installation of the Software Upgrade Tool
1. Download the application exe from either:
www.sprint.com/support .
– or –
Samsung Moment Firmware Update Process .
– or –
Samsung M900 Support page
2. Confirm the executable is called
SamsungMoment_Update.exe .
Ⅲ Depending on your source, the file might also be
called:
sprint_m900_CL14_setup.exe .
3. Save the executable to your desktop.
4. Once downloaded, double-click the executable file
to begin the installation process.
5. From within the SamsungSimpleDL, click Next >
Install . Once completed, click Finish .
6. When prompted, select Yes, I want to restart my
computer now and click Finish .
Upgrading the Device using the Upgrade Tool
1. After reboot of your computer, locate the new
M900 Software Upgrade Tool shortcut.
2. Double-click the SWUpgrade shortcut to launch the
application.
3. After reading the End User License Agreement,
check the “
I accept the terms… ” button and click
Next .
WARNING: Samsung Drivers must be removed prior to
installation and use of this executable.
