• Music: Control your Music app using the voice
commands Next, Previous, Play, Pause, Volume up,
and Volume down.
Note: If you set the alert type for calls or alarms to vibration,
voice control is not available.
S Pen
Use these settings to control the functions of the S Pen:
1. From the Settings screen, touch S Pen.
2. Touch Pen attach/detach sound to set the sound that is
made when the pen is attached or detached from your
tablet:
Touch Off, Sound1, Sound2, or Sound3.
If a sound is chosen, a sound example plays.
3. Touch Open Popup Note to display a popup note when
the S Pen is detached, a Popup note displays.
When enabled, a check mark appears in the check box.
4. Touch Battery saving to extend battery life when the
pen is attached:
When enabled, a check mark appears in the check box
and, when the pen is attached, your tablet does not try
to detect it.
5. Touch the OFF / ON button next to Air view to turn it
ON , then touch Air view to enable the Pointer,
Information preview, Icon labels (by pen nib), and
List scrolling options.
When enabled, a check mark appears in the check box
next to the option.
6. Touch Sound and haptic feedback to enable or disable
sound and vibration when using the S Pen:
When enabled, a check mark appears in the check box.
7. Touch Quick Command Settings to create pen gestures
to open selected applications, such as email, internet
search or maps.
8. Touch S Pen help to view S Pen help information. Touch
Air view or Gesture to view the help information.
