5. If you pressed the Yes soft key or the key, set the time for
the alarm and press the OK soft key or the key.
You can also select the melody for the alarm by pressing the
Melody soft key
or the key
.
6. Select either AM or PM and press the Select soft key.
Note: Your phone is preset to use 12-hour format. To change
the time format, see page 139.
The color of the date on the calendar changes to green to
indicate that a memo exists for that date.
Editing a Memo
When you select a day for which a memo already exists on
the calendar, you can press the
key to access the
memo. Select the Options soft key and select Edit to edit
the memo displayed.
Note: For further details about how to enter characters, see “Entering Text” on
page 47.
When you finish editing the memo, press the OK soft key
to use the following options:
New: allows you to create a new memo.
Edit: allows you to edit the memo you have selected.
Alarm: allows you to set the alarm to ring at the specified
time to remind you of the memo. If you set the alarm
earlier, you can change or delete it.
Delete: allows you to delete the memo.
Copy to: allows you to copy the memo to another date or
time.
Move to: allows you to change the date or time of the
memo.
