LCD are corrupted
Poor FM reception -- Insert the earphones before using the player.
Unable to record the Fm program -- Check whether the player
’s memory is full.
No sound is coming out of the
earphones
--Check whether the audio files are played from the
system directory MUSIC / VOICE.
--Check whether VOLUME is set to "0".
--Make sure the earphones/remote plug are
connected properly.
The player cannot be charged. --Check whether the USB line securely connected
The buttons do not work normally. --Check whether the HOLD switch on the player is
ON (Switch to OFF position)
Failed download of files
--Check the connection between your computer and
the player to ensure that the cable is secure.
--Reinstall the PC software of the player
