4. Remove the insulator labelled “REMOVE BEFORE
INSTALL” from the battery on the media converter
module by sliding it out from beneath the battery clip.
Refer to Figure 10.
Caution
A media converter module is sensitive to and can be
damaged by electrostatic discharge. Wear a
grounding device and observe electrostatic discharge
precautions when removing the battery insulator.
