1/ Pump body installation
Use the 4 provided screws to fasten your pump to the
housing body as shown below.
Critical precautions:
Make sure that the pump o-ring remains properly
sited in its groove.
Tighten the screws gradually and in a cross-pattern
until there is no gap left between the body of the
pump and the body of the waterblock housing.
Self-test: you should not be able to insert a sheet
of paper between the body of the pump and the
body of the waterblock once they are mated.
2/ Heatsink installation
Place the enclosed thermal pad (1) on the pump, align the
2 heatsink mounting holes with those of the pump, and then
fasten the heatsink with the provide screws. A small gap
equivalent to the thickness of about two sheets of paper will
subsist between the heatsink and the pump body, and this
is acceptable.
