Safety devices
• The door is locked automatically as soon as the
temperature exceeds a certain value.
• If a malfunction occurs, the heating elements will be
switched off.
FAST CLEAN: immediate start with pre-set
duration
1. Press the manual operation button .
2. Use the SELECTOR knob to select mode
V .
3. The oven may be switched off at any time by turning
the SELECTOR knob back to the "0" position.
! The maximum duration of the FAST CLEAN cycle is
120 minutes, therefore once this period of time has
elapsed the oven will switch off automatically.
FAST CLEAN: delayed start with set duration
Set the duration and the end time of the FAST CLEAN
cycle. If we assume that the time display reads10:00:
1. Turn the SELECTOR knob to mode
V
2. Press the button and then set the cooking time
(within four seconds) using the and buttons. .
Supposing the cooking time is set to 60 minutes .
Release the button, and within 4 seconds, the current
time will reappear with the m symbol along with the
word “auto”
! The maximum duration of the FAST CLEAN is 120
minutes and therefore set times which are greater than
2 hours will not take effect as the oven will switch itself
off automatically.
3. Press the button and then use the and
buttons to set the time for when the FAST CLEAN
program should end. Let us imagine this time to be
1:00 p.m. =
4. After the button has been released, the current time
will be displayed after approximately 4 seconds:

The text "auto", when lit, indicates that programming
was performed successfully.
At this point, the oven will turn on automatically at
12:00 and turn off after 60 minutes. When the oven is
turned on, the symbol m will be displayed for the
entire FAST CLEAN time. The FAST CLEAN duration
can be displayed at any time by pressing the button
, and the time it is due to finish may be displayed
by pressing the button .
Once FAST CLEAN is completed, the timer will
ring; to turn it off, simply press any button except
the and buttons.
To cancel a FAST CLEAN schedule already
programmed
Press the button, and use the button to set the
time to:
,
then press the manual cooking mode button .
Correction/Cancellation of data
• The data entered can be changed at any time by
pressing the corresponding button and the or
buttons.
• When the data for the cooking duration is cancelled,
the data for the time cooking is due to end is also
cancelled automatically, and vice versa.
• If the oven has already been programmed, it will not
accept times for the end of FAST CLEAN which are
before the start of the programmed FAST CLEAN
process.
Once the automatic cleaning cycle is over
The COOKING IN PROGRESS indicator light will
switch off, while the DOOR LOCK indicator light
remains lit. You must wait until the temperature inside
the oven has cooled down sufficiently before you can
open the oven door (the DOOR LOCK indicator light
will switch off).
You will notice some white dust deposits on the bottom
and the sides of your oven; remove these deposits
with a damp sponge once the oven has cooled down
completely.
Alternatively, you can make use of the already heated
oven, in which case it is not necessary to remove the
deposits, they are completely harmless and will not
affect your food in any way.
Assistance
Warning:
The appliance is fitted with an automatic diagnosis
system which detects any malfunctions.
• The ERROR SIGNAL indicator light on the control
panel blinks rapidly.
• The oven switches off automatically.
• The fan begins to operate.
Call for Technical Assistance if a malfunction of this
type occurs.
 Never use the services of an unauthorised technician.
Please have the following information to hand:
• The type of problem encountered.
• The appliance model (Mod.).
• The serial number (S/N).
The latter two pieces of information can be found on
the data plate located on the appliance.
