2.4 Putting out of operation

• Switch off the brush drive (Fig. F /3).

• Put the

puzzi

out of operation.

3. Servicing

3.1 After each occasion of use

• Rinse the PW 10 with clean water.

• Remove any fluff and dirt from around the brush.

• Check the spray pattern of the nozzle mouthpiece. If the spray is irregular clean the

nozzle and nozzle mouthpiece.

• If the suction power decreases - Clean the suction hose and suction nozzles.

3.2 Every six months

• Check the toothed belt for wear and tension; replace if necessary.

• Check the brush for wear, replace if necessary.

4. Brush replacement

• Unscrew the 3 nuts and remove the cover (Fig. F /1).

• Remove the toothed belt.

• Unscrew the screw at the end of the brush.

• On the opposite side, remove the mounting plate by unscrewing the two screws and

remove the brush (Fig. F /2).

• Fit the new brush in the reverse order.

If the brush has been blocked so that the motor has switched itself off.

Remedy:

Switch off the brush drive motor (Fig. F /3).

Check the brush for contamination and remove any object that may have
prevented its rotation.

Unscrew the protective cap and press in the safety switch with the blade of
a screwdriver (Fig. F /4).

Then screw the cap back in place.
