■ パソコンでの AVCHD 規格の HD （ハイビジョン）画質記録映像の再
生について
付属のソフトウェア「 PMB 」では、 AVCHD 規格の HD （ハイビジョン）画質を完全には
再生できません。動作環境を満たしたパソコンでも、再生画像のノイズ、コマ落ち、音
途切れが発生することがあります（取り込んだ画像や作成するディスクの画音質には
影響ありません）。
■ 付属ソフトウェア「 PMB 」をインストールする際のご注意（ Windows
XP のみ）
付属の「 PMB 」には、ソニック・ソルーションズ社製の DVD ライティングソフトウェア
と Sonic UDF Reader ∗が含まれています。 Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 など一部のライ
ティングソフトを使用している環境に「 PMB 」をインストールすると、パソコンの動作
が不安定になることがあります。
∗ Sonic UDF Reader は Windows Vista にはインストールされません。

AVCHD ディスクの再生の互換性について
 DVD プレーヤーや DVD レコーダーは AVCHD 規格に非対応のため、「 PMB 」や対応機器
を使って作成した AVCHD のディスクを再生できません。
 AVCHD のディスクは DVD プレーヤーや DVD レコーダーに入れないでください。ディ
スクの取り出しができなくなることがあります。
 AVCHD のディスクは、 AVCHD 規格に対応したブルーレイディスクプレーヤー、レコー
ダーなどで再生できます。

Notes on using a computer
 Playing HD (high definition) images recorded in the AVCHD
format on a computer
The supplied software application, “PMB,” may not always play HD (high definition) images
recorded in the AVCHD format properly. Even in a computer environment which satisfies the
system requirements, there may be noise on playback images, frames may be dropped, or sound
may be lost intermittently. (Imported images and images on discs created subsequently will not
be affected.)
 Installing the supplied “PMB” software application (Windows XP
only)
The supplied “PMB” software application contains DVD writing software and the Sonic UDF
Reader  produced by SONIC SOLUTIONS. If you install “PMB” on a computer that uses
certain writing software, such as Roxio Easy CD Creator 5, in its environment, the computer’s
performance may become unstable.
 Sonic UDF Reader will not be installed on Windows Vista™.
Before installing “PMB,” download and implement the countermeasure offered at the

Notes on compatibility of AVCHD disc
This camcorder captures high definition footage in the AVCHD format. High definition footage can
be copied onto DVD media. However, DVD media containing AVCHD footage should not be used
with DVD based players or recorders, as the DVD player/recorder may fail to eject the media and
may erase its contents without warning. DVD media containing AVCHD footage may be played on
a compatible Blu-ray Disc™ player/recorder or other compatible device.
Devices that can play the disc vary, depending on the image quality.

Remarques relatives à l’utilisation d’un ordinateur
 Lecture d’images HD (haute définition) enregistrées sur un
ordinateur au format AVCHD
Il est possible que le logiciel d’application « PMB » ne puisse pas toujours lire correctement des
images HD (haute définition) enregistrées au format AVCHD. Même dans un environnement
correspondant à la configuration requise, les images lues peuvent être parasitées, certaines
images peuvent disparaître et des pertes de son momentanées peuvent survenir (les images
importées et les images contenues sur les disques créés ultérieurement n’en seront pas affectées).
 Installation du logiciel d’application « PMB » fourni (Windows XP
uniquement)
Le logiciel d’application « PMB » comporte un logiciel de gravure de DVD, ainsi que Sonic UDF
Reader  produit par SONIC SOLUTIONS. Si vous installez « PMB » sur un ordinateur qui
utilise certains logiciels de gravure tels que Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 dans son environnement,
son fonctionnement risque d’être instable.
 Sonic UDF Reader ne sera pas installé sous Windows Vista™.

Remarques sur la compatibilité des disques AVCHD
Ce caméscope capture des vidéos haute définition en format AVCHD. Les vidéos haute définition
peuvent être copiées sur support DVD. Toutefois, un support DVD contenant des vidéos AVCHD
ne doit pas être utilisé sur des lecteurs ou graveurs de DVD; le lecteur/graveur de DVD risquerait de
ne pas pouvoir éjecter le support et pourrait effacer le contenu de ce dernier sans avertissement. Un
support DVD contenant des vidéos AVCHD peut être lu sur un lecteur/graveur de Blu-Ray Disc™
compatible ou sur tout autre appareil compatible.
Les appareils pouvant lire les disques varient selon la qualité de
l’image.

Mit der mitgelieferten Software „PMB“ werden im AVCHD-Format aufgezeichnete HD-
Bilder (High Definition) möglicherweise nicht immer einwandfrei wiedergegeben. Selbst bei
einer Computerumgebung, die die Systemvoraussetzungen erfüllt, kann es vorkommen, dass
Wiedergabebilder gestört sind, einige Vollbilder übersprungen werden oder der Ton hin und
wieder aussetzt. Bei importierten Bildern und Bildern auf nachträglich erstellten Discs ist dies
nicht der Fall.
 Installieren der mitgelieferten Software „PMB“ (nur Windows XP)
Die mitgelieferte Software „PMB“ umfasst DVD-Schreibsoftware und den von SONIC
SOLUTIONS entwickelten Sonic UDF Reader  . Wenn Sie „PMB“ auf einem Computer
installieren, auf dem bestimmte Schreibprogramme, wie z. B. Roxio Easy CD Creator 5,
verwendet werden, wird die Leistung des Computers möglicherweise instabil.
 Sonic UDF Reader lässt sich nicht unter Windows Vista™ installieren.

Dieser Camcorder zeichnet Filmmaterial hoher Auflösung im AVCHD-Format auf. Filmmaterial
hoher Auflösung auf DVD-Medien kopiert werden. DVD-Medien, die AVCHD-Material enthalten,
sollten jedoch nicht mit DVD-Spielern oder DVD-Aufnahmegeräten verwendet werden, da der
DVD-Spieler bzw. das DVD-Aufnahmegerät das Medium unter Umständen nicht auswirft bzw.
dessen Inhalt ohne vorherige Warnung löscht. DVD-Medien, die AVCHD-Material enthalten,
können auf einem kompatiblen Blu-ray Disc™-Spieler/Aufnahmegerät oder einem anderen
kompatiblen Gerät wiedergegeben werden.
Es hängt von der Bildqualität ab, auf welchen Geräten eine Disc
wiedergegeben werden kann.
