6. Tilt the side cover away from the computer and set aside.
If you remove the cover immediately after you shut down your computer, the components may be too
hot to touch. Wait until the internal parts of the system unit cool down before you attempt to remove the cover.
Replacing the cover
1. Hold the side cover against the side of the computer, with the side cover extending about 2 inches past the back
of the computer.
2. Slide the side cover forward onto the unit, until it is evenly aligned and stays in place.
3. Replace the release screws.
