Note
The subject you touched may not be detected, depending on the surrounding brightness or
hairstyle of the subject.
Make sure to set the [Face Detection] setting to [Auto].
When the selected face is out of the LCD monitor or turns away, the double-line frame will
disappear.
How to Use Recording Useful functions for recording
Recording subjects other than people (Tracking focus)
This product can track a subject you select and adjust the focus automatically.
1. When [Dual Video REC] is set to [On], set it to [Off].
2. Touch the subject you want to track while recording.
To cancel the Tracking focus function, select .

When [Dual Video REC] is set to [On], this function is not available. Even if you touch the
subject on the LCD monitor, it does not react.
