gENEraL fUNCTiONS aND CONTrOLS

A. MEDIA PLAYER (FIGURE 1)

1. SOURCE SELECT BUTTON - Press this button to toggle between the USB port or SD Card slot.
The related LED will be lit when the playback source is selected. The USB port LED glows red, and
the SD Card slot will glow green. The button can only be used when the fixture is pause mode.
2. USB PORT - This is the USB port where you can insert a USB stick, USB card reader, or com-
patiable external hard drive for playback.

REGARDING/USING USB DEVICES.
3. MICROPHONE -
This combo jack will accept a standard 1/4 plug or XLR 3-pin balanced male
plug. The volume output level for this microphone will be controlled by its own respective volUmE
knoB (21).

Note: We recommend that you use a 500-600ohm microphone for the best sound

quality.
4. LCD DISPLAY -
This high quality LCD display indicates all the functions, as they are occurring.
The display ICONS will be explained on page 12.
5. FOLDER kNOB - This knob serves three functions depending on which mode you are in;
• Turning this knob will let you scroll through the music folders on your SD Card or USB Stick.

The folder number will be shown in the FolDER inDicAToR (28) in the LCD. Turn the knob to

scroll backwards or forwards through the folders.

• Push the knob to display the folder name of the current song playing.
• Push this knob for 2 seconds to enter the PRESET MENU. See page 19 for PRESET MENU.
6. TRACk kNOB -
Turning this knob will let you search either folders and tracks. The track and folder will be shown in the
