Limited Warranty
A Am mp plle e A Au ud diio o products are manufactured with highest quality components and
most advanced technology available. A Am mp plle e A Au ud diio o, Inc. warranties all of it’s sub-
woofers to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1)
year from the original date of consumer purchase (nontransferable).
Subwoofers found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or
replaced at Ample Audio’s discretion.
Retain your sales receipt for all warranty issues. It is your proof of warranty and
a copy must accompany defective product when returned for service.
A defective unit must be shipped prepaid to A Am mp plle e A Au ud diio o, Inc. in the original
carton and packaging materials or their equivalent. Any shipping loss or damage
will be the sole responsibility of the consumer or the consumer’s shipper. All
returned products must also have a Return Authorization Number, which can be
obtained by calling (714) 739-4800. All shipments must have this number clearly
marked on the outside of the shipping carton or it is subject to refusal.
This warranty does not cover:
1. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, water or theft.
2. Damage caused by improper installation.
3. Damage caused by improper voltage supply.
4. Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of the product.

or any expressed or implied warranty of this product. (Some States do not allow
limitation of implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damage, therefore,
these restrictions may not apply to you).
