Unpacking Your Tool

• Carefully unpack and inspect your tool. Fully familiarise yourself with all

its features and functions

• Ensure that all parts of the tool are present and in good condition. If

any parts are missing or damaged, have such parts replaced before
attempting to use this tool

Assembly

• Attach the Hose (6) to the Water Tank (1) by gripping the hose end and

screwing it to the tank firmly

• Grip the hose firmly and screw it to the Steam Pad (5)
NOTE: Ensure that the hose is securely attached to both the tank and steam
pad; otherwise it may lead to boiling water leaking onto the work area.

Filling

• Ensure that the product is unplugged and cool, and that all steam has

been released through the Steam Pad (5)

• Place the product on a level surface then unscrew the Tank Cap (3)
• Fill the Water Tank (1) to the required level, maximum capacity 4.5L
• Screw the Tank Cap (3) onto the water tank securely
NOTE: Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the water tank.

Operating Instructions

Switching on

• With the Water Tank (1) full, and the Tank Cap (3) secure, the power

supply can be plugged in to the mains and turned on

• After 15 minutes the wallpaper stripper will be ready for use

NOTE: Steam will start being ejected from the Steam Pad (5) when the
operating temperature has been reached. It may cause damage to delicate
surfaces.

Operation

• Use a wallpaper perforator across the wallpaper to allow the steam to

penetrate the surface

• When the wallpaper stripper has reached its optimum operating

temperature hold the Steam Pad (5) against the wall. Do not hold the pad
against the wallpaper for longer than 10 seconds

• Use a suitable scraper to remove the wallpaper
• When the wallpaper stripper is running low on water, disconnect from the

mains allow to cool and then refill

NOTE: The wallpaper stripper when full has an approximate operating time
of 70 minutes. Exceeding this time may result in damaging the wallpaper
stripper and may invalidate the warranty. Do not run dry.

Maintenance

WARNING: Always remove the plug from the mains power supply before
carrying out any maintenance/cleaning.

Cleaning

• Keep your machine clean at all times. Dirt and dust will cause internal

parts to wear quickly, shortening the machine’s service life.

• Clean the body of your machine with a soft brush, or dry cloth.

Disposal

• Do not dispose of power tools, or other waste electrical and electronic

equipment, with household waste

• Contact your local waste disposal authority for information on the correct
