Motor working but irregular or no
spraying
Feed tube within Paint Container (12) in wrong
position
Adjust position
Feed tube blocked Flush through with soapy water or thinners depending on blockage
Wrong setting of Air Volume Adjuster (3) Adjust to correct position
Nozzle (16) blocked Remove and clean
Blocked filter Check condition and replace if necessary
Atomization of spray is poor
Air volume setting incorrect Adjust setting
Paint too thick Check viscosity
