INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

Prior to installation, ensure a 4” Square Junction Box with Single
Gang Plaster Cover is properly mounted at the desired wall location.

1. Connect the primary leads from the junction box to the input

leads on the driver (Black-to-Black, White-to-White). Connect the
ground wire, which is attached to the mounting plate
(Green-to-Ground Wire). (Figure 2)

2. Position the round mounting plate over the junction box while

carefully tucking the wires and connectors into the junction box.

3. Attach the mounting plate to the junction box using the

(2) mounting screws.

4. Position and engage the top of the fixture canopy over the round

mounting bracket.

5. Carefully position the canopy flush against the wall. Note: If

canopy will not sit flush against wall, make sure the wires and
connectors are not in the way.

6. With fixture in proper position, tighten set screw at the bottom

of the canopy with the 2mm Hex Wrench (provided). (Figure 3)

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

• Read all the instructions before installation. Save instructions for later use.

• Turn off the power at fuse or circuit breaker box before installation or any

maintenance work.

• Wear rubber soled shoes and work on a sturdy wooden or non-conductive ladder.

• Product must be mounted in locations and at heights in compliance with National

Electrical Code and local building codes.

• For indoor use only.

• Do not exceed the nominal supply voltage or amperage ratings.

• Installing contrary to instructions may cause unsafe conditions.

• Do not install any lamp holder closer than 6" from any curtain or similar combus-

tible material.

• Warning: Risk of fire. Most dwellings built before 1985 have supply wire rated at

60°C. Consult a qualified electrician before installation.

• Warning: Risk of burns. Lamps are extremely hot when lit. Allow lamps to cool

down in temperature before handling.

• To avoid a hazard to any children, account for all parts and properly dispose of all

packing materials.
