To set the groups of alerts (Alert Groups) that are relevant to this e-mail recipient, click Edit>> in the Alert
Groups cell. The following window appears:

Check the alert Statuses that are relevant to this recipient or check Select All/Select None.

Click OK.

To set the type of alerts (Alert Statuses) that are relevant to this e-mail recipient, click Edit>> in the Alert
Types cell.
10. Check the alert groups that are relevant to this recipient or check Select All/Select None.

11. Click OK.
The Settings tab will show the email and under what conditions will it be sent to the recipient:
