My front wheel is missing.
Please check then press
CLEAN to restart.

Scooba’s front wheel has
fallen out.

Check if the front caster wheel
is missing. If so, replace it.

Please check that my
clean tank is full, then
press CLEAN to restart.

Scooba’s clean tank
is empty.

Check if the clean water tank
is empty. If so, add water and
Scooba Hard Floor Cleaner to
the tank.

Scooba’s clean tank empty
sensor is incorrectly detecting
an empty tank because of
poor electrical connections.

Check if there is debris on the
metal connections between
the tank and the robot. If so,
clean them.

Scooba’s clean tank empty
sensor is incorrectly detecting an
empty tank because distilled
water is being used.

Use tap water or add Scooba
Hard Floor Cleaner to the tank.

Scooba’s pump is not pumping
sufficient fluid from its clean tank.

Turn off and press CLEAN to
restart pump priming.

I want to keep cleaning,
but my dirty tank is full.

are on a flat floor.

Scooba is too close to stairs
or other drop-offs and needs
help to escape.

Move Scooba to a new
location on a flat floor.

Scooba is operating in a very
large open room and has not
encountered any walls or furni-
ture for a long period of time.

Use Virtual Walls to section off
a smaller area.

Something might be stuck
in my brushes, Please
check, then press CLEAN
to restart.

Scooba is not able to spin its
roller brush easily.

Check if there is debris stuck
on the roller brush, particularly
under the yellow end caps. If
so, remove the debris.

Scooba’s brush is not
connected to the brush motor
because the brush
gear is not engaged properly.

Verify that the roller brush is
properly installed in the cleaning
head. Verify that Scooba’s
cleaning head is properly installed.

The brush is not connected to
the brush motor because the
gearbox is damaged.

Check if the brush spins with
no resistance at all. If so, call
iRobot support.

Something might be stuck
in my bumper. Please
check, then press clean
to restart.

Something is preventing
Scooba’s bumper from
moving freely.

Check if the bumper has
debris stuck between it and
Scooba’s body. If so, clean it.

Scooba’s bumper is damaged. Contact iRobot support.

in my wheels. Please

Scooba is not able to turn
both of its side wheels.

Check if there is debris stuck
between the wheel and the
wheel motor module. If so,
remove the debris.

blocking the sensors on
the bottom of my bumper.

sensors are dirty and blocked.

Check if there is debris stuck
to the cliff sensors on the
robot. If so, clean them.

matte flooring as a cliff.

Check if robot is stuck on a
black surface. If so, move the
robot to a new location.
