HOW TO USE CONTROL PANEL & REMOTE CONTROL

Note: Direct sunlight may interfere with ability to read LED display, block light if needed.

To set temperature:
•Press ON button.
•Press SET TEMP button once-LED display will blink.
•Use +/- to set temperature.
•Press SET TEMP button again to lock in temperature.
Note: Heating will not begin until timer is set.

To set timer:
•Press SET TIME button once-LED display for hours will blink.
•Use +/- to set hours.
•Press SET TIME button again to lock in hours. The minutes LED will start blinking.
•Use +/- to set minutes.
•Press SET TIME to lock in minutes and start cook cycle.

Heat will turn off when time has expired.

To use meat probe:
• Insert meat probe into center of meat to get most accurate reading.
• Press and hold MEAT PROBE button-LED display will show internal temperature of meat.
• Once MEAT PROBE button is released-LED display will return to set temperature or set time.

To use light:
• Press LIGHT button to turn light on.
• Press LIGHT button to turn light off.

To RESET control panel:
If control panel shows an error message, turn electric smoker off, unplug unit from outlet, wait
ten seconds, plug unit back into outlet, then turn electric smoker on. This will reset control panel.

Step 1- Setting Temperature:
1) Press ON button

2) Press SET TEMP once

3) Use +/- to set desired temperature

4) Push SET TEMP to lock temperature

Step 2- Setting Timer:
1) Press SET TIME once

2) Use +/- to set hours

3) Push SET TIME to set minutes

4) Use +/- to set minutes

5) Press SET TIME to start Cook Cycle

Step 3- Meat Probe:
1) Insert Probe into Center of Meat

2) Press MEAT PROBE to check

• ANTES DE ARMARLA, LEA DETENIDAMENTE TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES.
• ARME LA UNIDAD EN UNA SUPERFICIE LIMPIA Y PLANA.
• HERRAMIENTAS NECESARIAS: DESTORNILLADOR PHILLIPS

**Es posible que algunos pasos del armado ya se hayan completado

previamente en la fábrica.**

PASO 1
Saque todos los componentes del
interior del ahumador antes de
comenzar el armado.

Con cuidado, coloque el
ahumador de costado como se
ilustra. Como alternativa, puede
voltear el ahumador para armarlo.
Sin embargo, debe asegurarse
de que el embalaje de espuma de
poliestireno se mantenga en la
parte superior para evitar daños al
tablero de control.

Fije la pieza de apoyo de la bandeja
para la grasa (22) a la parte inferior
del cuerpo del ahumador (1) usando
tornillos (B), como se ilustra.

Repita el paso para la otra pieza de
apoyo de la bandeja para la grasa.

PASO 2
Fije la pata delantera (21) a la parte
inferior del cuerpo del ahumador (1),
con los tornillos (A).

Repita este paso en el lado opuesto
para la otra pata delantera.
