ÉTAPE 3
Insérez le pied à visser réglable (M) dans le bas du panneau
latéral (L) et fi xez-le au corps du fumoir (A). Répétez cette
étape de l’autre côté pour l’autre pied à visser réglable (M).
Remarque : Une fois le fumoir à l’endroit, réglez la hauteur
du pied à visser réglable (M) en le tournant dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre ou dans le sens contraire des aiguilles
d’une montre afi n que le fumoir soit de niveau. Une fois le
fumoir de niveau, fi xez la position des pieds en serrant les
écrous de serrage.

Glissez le plateau à graisse (J) sur les supports du
plateau à graisse (K).
ÉTAPE 5
Alignez les encoches en trou de serrure sur
les supports des grilles (C) avec les chevilles
à l’intérieur du corps du fumoir (A). Poussez le
support pour grille (C) vers le bas de façon à le fi xer
solidement. Répétez cette étape de chaque côté
pour les autres supports pour grille (C).

Before starting unit, place 1 cup of wood chips in
chip loader.
Insert wood chip loader into smoker. Wood chips
should be level with top rim of wood chip loader.
Turn handle to “Unload” mark on smoker. Wood
will drop onto wood chip tray. Turn handle to
“Load” and leave wood chip loader in place inside
smoker.
Check wood chip tray periodically to see if wood
has burned down by removing wood chip loader
and
looking into smoker through hole. Add more chips
as needed.
Wood chip loader must be pulled out completely
from smoker when checking wood chip level.

Keep smoker door closed when adding
wood chips.
: Wood chip loader will be HOT even if
handle is not.
To add wood, turn handle to “Load” mark on
smoker.
Pull wood chip loader from smoker.
Place wood chips in wood chip loader and
re-insert into smoker.
Turn handle to “Unload” mark on smoker. Wood
will drop onto wood chip tray.
Temperature may spike briefly after wood
is added. It will stabilize after a short time.
Do not adjust.
