The Headphone Configuraton Panel s shown below. There are two headphone con-
figuratons that can be chosen: “Independent Headphone” or “Redrected Headphone”.
The “Independent Headphone” feature enables the user to play separate musc on the
headphone and speaker. For example, the user can use a mult-channel devce (such
as 5.1 surround sound) to watch a move whle smultaneously usng the ndependent
headphone feature to make phone calls through a VoIP Internet phone.
The “Redrected Headphone” feature enables the user to hear the same audo that s
beng channeled to the front speakers. In ths mode, once the headphone has been
nserted the audo wll be redrected from the speakers to the headphone.
Please note that the “Independent Headphone” functon requres two channels. There-
fore, only sx channels wll be avalable f “Independent Headphone” s beng used.
