If you have any issues using this product, please try the following before returning this product to the store:
• If no sound is heard from the headset, check:
a. the usB cable is connected to a powered usB port (LED on in-line controller will illuminate)
b. the sound output from the computer is not muted
c. the main volume level on the in-line controller is turned up
d. the individual volume controls are turned up
e. headset is selected as the default device in the control panel
• If audio is not present on all channels, check:
a. the volume level of the individual sound channels on the in-line controller
b. that the sound card is outputting audio on all channels by plugging a stereo headset or
speakers into each jack
c. that the control panel has the speakers configured as “5.1”
• If the Microphone does not function, check:
a. it is correctly inserted into the headset
b. that the mute switch is not enabled
c. volume level settings on the computer are correct
d. it is selected as the default device in control panel

Mad Catz warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period.
This non-transferable, one (1) year limited warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. If a defect covered
by this warranty occurs AnD you have registered your product with Mad Catz AnD you provide proof of
purchase, Mad Catz, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge.
The Mad Catz one (1) year limited warranty is available to North American customers. Your sole and exclusive
remedy is repair or replacement of your Mad Catz product. In no event shall Mad Catz liability exceed the
original purchase price of the product. This warranty does not apply to: (a) normal wear and tear or abusive
use; (b) industrial, professional or commercial use; (c) if the product has been tampered with or modified.
