Picture is not
clear.

The lens is dirty.

Clean the lens (

Subject too close when
taking picture.

Move so there is at least 23.6 in.
(60 cm) between camera and
subject, or at least 5.1 in. (13
cm) in Close-up mode (Wide).

Subject or the camera
moved while the
picture was taken.

Place the camera on a flat,
steady surface or use a tripod

The subject is too far
away for the flash to be
effective.

Move so there is no more than
11.2 ft (3.4 m) between the
camera and the subject; 6.5 ft
(2 m) in Telephoto.

pictures, press the Shutter
button half-way and hold.
