11. Notice to Government End Users: The Software is a “commercial item,” as that term is
defined at 48 C.F.R.2.101, consisting of “commercial computer software” and “commercial
computer software documentation,” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212. Consis-
tent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, all U.S. Govern-
ment End Users acquire the Software with only those rights set forth herein.
12. You agree that you will not export the Software in any form in violation of any applicable
laws and regulations regarding export control of any countries.
This product contains the following software component (“Component”) created by a third party
contributor (“Contributor”) under the license terms. This Component includes some modifica-
tions by Konica Minolta Business Technologies, Inc. or its contractors.

Pursuant to the license terms below, Konica Minolta Business Technologies, Inc. hereby (a)
disclaims on behalf of Contributor all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including
warranties or conditions of title and non-infringement, and implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose, (b) excludes on behalf of the Contributor all liability for
damages arising under this Agreement, including direct, indirect, special, incidental and conse-
quential damages such as lost profits. The license terms of the Component are as follows:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
1. Definitions.
“License” shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction, and distribution as defined
by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
“Licensor” shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is
granting the License.
“Legal Entity” shall mean the union of the acting entity and all other entities that control, are
controlled by, or are under common control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
"control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the direction or management of such
entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
“You” (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity exercising permissions granted by this
License.
