How do I remove a media jam inside the 4-bin mailbox?

Open the back cover , and then
remove the jammed media .

Close the back cover of the
mailbox.

If necessary, open and close the top
cover to cancel the error
message.
How do I remove a media jam in the output bin?

Remove the media from the output bin.

If necessary, gently pull out any media that is still jammed.
