KIP Copy and Scan KIP Track
When Account tracking is being used users can be required to log in with specific information to be able to do
the following:

KIP Track during Copying
•
KIP Track during Scan-to-file
KIP Print
KIP Print allows configuration and usage of KIP Track data. If KIP Track is turned on during install of the KIP Print
software at the workstation (or manually in the IPSPrint/Winreq.ini after install) the user requirements will be
pulled from the IPS.
If the Admin is setting up the prompts this will be done by opening KIP Print and then going to ‘Options’ and
then ‘Prompt Setup’ (if set - a Password will be required).
