Scanning Jobs
Introduction
The Remote Scan Application (RSA) enables you to retrieve jobs scanned with the
bizhub PRO C500 multifunction printer from any computer in the network. These
jobs can then be saved to a local disk or printed via a virtual printer.

Activity 1: Scan With the bizhub PRO C500
Note: If you are working with European paper stock, follow these instructions for all the
activities in this guide:
- Instead of tabloid-size paper, use A3.
- Instead of letter-size paper, use A4.
- Instead of importing files with the suffix Letter (for example,
Chicken_Letter) from the
training CD, import the corresponding files with the suffix A4 (for example, Chicken_A4).
