In the list pane, double-click the name of the box to be connected to.
– If the box requires a password, type the password into the
"Password" box. If you do not have the password, contact the
machine administrator.
– When Memory RX user box is accessed with a Public user login, a
dialogue may be displayed where the User Name will be required to
be entered. Please enter user name in this case. This user name can
be verified in Communication List of the device's FAX history.

The list of documents saved in the box is displayed.
