Select [Enable] in [Upper Limit Settings].

For [Upper Limit], type in the upper limit of cost available for the user,
then click the [Apply] button.
Clear the Current Value Clears the current value of the displayed user.
Upper Limit Type in the upper limit of cost available for the user.
Current Value* Displays the cost spent by the displayed user.
Remaining* Displays the value obtained by subtracting the current val-
ue from the upper limit value.
