5. Follow the instructions in the wizard.
● The Darwin 3.0 software is installed.
●
A shortcut to the Darwin 3.0 software appears on your desktop.
● Your Darwin 2.0 plug-ins are backed up.
●
The Darwin Version Switch utility that enables you to switch
between Darwin 2.0 and Darwin 3.0 is installed.
Note: You must close the Darwin 3.0 software and InDesign CS3
before using this utility. For more information about the Darwin
Version Switch utility, see the Darwin 3.0 Release Notes.
Removing the software
Requirements:
The Darwin 3.0 software and the InDesign CS3 software must be closed.
1. In the InDesign CS3 Installation folder, delete the following folders:

Darwin Pilot
●
DarwinLibs
● Darwin Documentation
●
Darwin Backup
2. In the InDesign CS3 Installation\Plug-Ins folder, delete the Darwin
folder.
3. In the InDesign CS3 Installation\Fonts folder, delete the Darwin
folder.
Next:
If Darwin 2.0 is also installed on this computer, reinstall Darwin 2.0,
because some files may have been deleted during the Darwin 3.0 removal.
