User Setting
In the Scan - Fax Configuration - User Setting window allows you to config-
ure the following items:
Item Description
Fax PTT Setting Displays the country where this machine is installed.
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
UTILITY - ADMIN. MANAGEMENT - USER
SETTING - PTT SETTING
Date Format Select the date display format for reports and lists.
Choices: MM/DD/YY, DD/MM/YY, YY/MM/DD
Default: MM/DD/YY
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
UTILITY - ADMIN. MANAGEMENT - USER
SETTING - DATE FORMAT
Preset Zoom Select whether the zoom method is aligned on inch
paper sizes or metric sizes when “Reduction RX” is set
to “On”.
Choices: Inch, Metric
Default: Inch (U.S.model), Metric (Other model)
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
UTILITY - ADMIN. MANAGEMENT - USER
SETTING - PRESET ZOOM
Apply button Applies the configuration settings for this window.
Clear button Resets all configuration settings to previous values.
