1) If you use liquid detergent, set a programme without PREWASH.
2) The Stain function is not available with a temperature lower than 40°C.
3) If you select the Extra Quick duration, we recommend that you decrease the quantity of the
load. It is possible to load fully the appliance, however the washing results are reduced.
4) To select the DRAIN programme only, set the function NO SPIN.
5) Press EXTRA RINSE button to add rinses. With a low spin speed the appliance performs
delicate rinses and a short spin.
6) This programme is suitable for detergents that are effective at low temperatures.

Steam can be used for dried, washed or worn once laundry. These programmes
can reduce creases and odours and make your laundry more smooth.
Do not use any detergent. If necessary, remove stains by washing or using local-
ized stain removal.
Steam programmes do not perform any hygienic cycle.
Do not set the Steam programme for this type of items:
• items where it is not specified on the care label as being suitable for tumble-
drying
• all items that have plastic, metal, wooden parts or alike.
1) If you set a Steam programme with dried laundry, at the end of the cycle the laundry feels
humid. It is better to expose items to the open air for about 10 minutes to remove the
humidity. When the programme is completed, quickly remove the laundry from the drum.
After a steam cycle, items may to be ironed anyway, but with less effort!
