The display tells there is a
water alert.

The anti-flood device is activated:
• Disconnect the appliance.
• Close the water tap.
• Contact the service centre.

The display tells that the
main supply is unstable.

Wait until the mains supply is stable. The appliance auto-
matically starts operating.

Problems without alarm messages

The programme does not
start.

Make sure that the mains plug is connected to the mains
socket.

Make sure that there is not a damaged fuse in the fuse
box.

Make sure that the you have touched Start/Pause.

If the delay start is set, cancel the setting or wait for the
end of countdown.

Deactivate the Child Lock function if it is on.

The appliance does not drain
the water.

Make sure that you have not set a programme without
drain phase.

Make sure that you have not set an option which ends
with water in the tub.

The appliance fills with water
and drains immediately.

Make sure that the drain hose is in the correct position.
The hose may be too low.

The spin phase does not op-
erate or the washing cycle
lasts longer than usually.

Make sure that the spin phase is not off.

Make sure that the drain filter is not clogged. Clean the
filter, if necessary. Refer to 'Care and cleaning'.

Make sure that the this is not a balance problem. Adjust
manually the items in the drum and start the spin phase
again.

There is water on the floor.

Make sure that the couplings of the water hoses are tight
and there is not water leakages.

Make sure that the drain hose have no damages.

Make sure you use the correct detergent and the correct
quantity of it.
