• During charging, the battery icon flashes in the display.
NOTE:
The minute indicator in the display provides information on the charging status of the
battery. “40” indicates that the battery is fully charged.
• Charge the unit before first use for 2 hours.
NOTE:
After initial use, do not charge the battery for longer than 2 hours at one time.
CAUTION:
After 2 hours always disconnect from mains power supply.
NOTE LIFEFIME RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
You can extent the lifetime of the rechargeable battery by following these steps:
• Only charge after the battery is nearly exhausted.
• Do not charge for more than 2 hours.
• Charge the unit at temperatures between 0°and + 40°C.
Shaving
1. Remove the protective cover.
2. Press the on/off button.
3. Hold the shaver at a right angle to your face.
4. Follow the outline of your face, and continue to hold the shaver at a right angle to your
skin. Small irregularities will be corrected by the flexible shaving foil.
NOTE:
• Shave against the direction of hair growth.
• If necessary, stretch the skin with your free hand.
Using the long hair cutting attachment:
Use the long hair cutting attachment to precisely cut the hair or beard.
• Press the button on the back of the device for the longhair trimmer to flip open.
• Close the longhair trimmer manually after shaving.
Stop operation
Stop operation by pressing the on/off button again.
