Intended Use

This appliance offers a relaxing massage to adults on certain
parts of the body. It cannot replace medical treatment. Do
not use the massage pillow if one or more of the following
warnings apply to you. If in doubt, ask your physician if the
massage device is suitable for you.

WARNING:

Do

not use the massage device

• with a herniated disk or with abnormal changes in the

vertebrae;

• immediately following surgeries;
• if you wear a pacemaker;
• if you have artificial joints or electronic implants;
• with skin diseases, circulatory disorders, varicose veins,

vein inflammations, open wounds;

• during pregnancy;
• while you are sleeping.

NOTE:

• The appliance can be used on-the-move wherever a
12 V socket is available, e.g. when camping.
• Do not use the device in a car.

The appliance is only intended for the purpose described

mbH is not responsible for any damage due to improper or
negligent use.

Scope of delivery

1 Massage mat with remote control
1 Power adaptor
1 12 V adaptor

Unpacking of the device

• Remove the device from its packaging.
• Remove all the packaging materials such as foils, filling

material, cable holders, and cardboard packaging.

• In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all

packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of
their reach.

WARNING!

Do not allow small children to play with the foil. There
is a

danger of suffocation!

• Check the scope of delivery for its completeness.
• Check the device for possible transport damage to

prevent hazards.

• If the packaging content should be incomplete or if

damage should be noticed, do not operate the device.
Return it to the dealer immediately.

Start-Up

• Lay the Massage Mat on a stable base (chair, armchair,

bed, couch, floor).

• If necessary use the rubber loops to secure the mat.

Electrical connection
• Connect the power adaptor to the Massage Mat with a

power supply cable.

• Plug the adaptor into a properly installed socket. The

display on the remote control is activated.

NOTE: 12 V Adaptor

• Connect the 12 V adaptor to the Massage Mat with a

power supply cable.

• Plug the adaptor into a 12 V socket.

On/Off
The appliance is operated via a remote control.
• POWER button: Turns the Massage function on and off.
• HEAT button: Turns the Heat function on and off.

Automatic Turn-Off function
The appliance has an automatic turn-off function after 30 min-
utes. It functions differently for the two operating modes
(Massage / Heat).
• In pure Massage mode, the remaining time is indicated

on the display by “TIME”.

• If Heat is activated separately, the remaining time is not

displayed.

• If the Heat function is activated later during Massage,

the Heat function will only be available for the remaining
massage time.

• If the Massage function is activated after the Heat func-

tion, the Heat function switches off at the same time as
the massage. i.e. the total running time up to automatic
turn-off is the sum of the running time of the Heat func-
tion plus 30 minutes massage time.

User Instructions

NOTE:

• The massage should be comfortable and without pain.

When experiencing discomfort or pain, stop operation
immediately.

• Do not use the appliance

- shortly before going to bed. The massage has a

stimulating effect and so may cause restlessness.

- for longer than 30 minutes. You can repeat the

massage several times per day. Take rest breaks of
at least 60 minutes between massages.

• Position yourself on the Massage Mat.
• Use the POWER button to turn on the appliance.
