When the Hard Disk Drive is

Disconnected

If there is no hard disk drive due to the repair or
service, only the Radio source can be operated.
The following screen also may appear because
the hard disk drive can not run due to low
temperature. In such a case, park your vehicle in
a safe place and turn the ignition switch off. After
the temperature inside the vehicle returns to
normal, turn the ignition switch on.

Handling and Care of the Disc

Some basic precautions are necessary when
handling your discs.
Also see “Detail Information for Playable Media”
in the operation manual for more cautions about
handling each media.

Playable discs

DVD and CD discs that display the logos shown
below generally can be played back on this built-
in DVD drive.

DVD-Video

CD

is a trademark of DVD Format/Logo

Licensing Corporation.

DVD-Audio discs cannot be played back. This
DVD drive may not be able to play all discs
bearing the marks shown above.

DVD-Video disc region numbers

DVD-Video discs that have incompatible region
numbers cannot be played on this DVD drive. The
region number of the player can be found on the
bottom of this product.
The illustration below shows the regions and
corresponding region numbers.
