Problems with Advanced App Mode screen
Symptom Cause Action (Reference)
A black screen appears. [ Ignore] was tapped in the launch
application message.
Follow the message to launch AppRadio
app.
The application was exited on the
iPhone during operation. Press the Home button to display the Home
screen.
A message urging reconnection
is displayed. The iPhone was connected to this
product with the lock engaged. Unlock the iPhone and reconnect.
Your installed iOS version is old. Upgrade to a newer iOS version.
The connected iPhone is not com-
patible with this product. Connect an iPhone that is compatible with
this product.
AppRadio app has not been in-
stalled in your iPhone. Install AppRadio app.
