Using Spatula

The spatula

attachment

is designed

to

scrape

dry ingr

edients or

batter

from

the

bowl

as you

mix. Use

it when

mixing thin

(pudding, panc

batter)

es, muffins,

ting) and

for

whipping mashed

potat

oes. It

is

ecommended

when beating

egg whit

es, whipping

cream,

or when

mixing

thick cookie

dough. The
