English 䢢  Playing tracks and outputting the sound
The following describes the procedure for outputting the channel 1
sound as an example.
 Set the volume of the devices (power amplifier, powered speakers,
etc.) connected to the [MASTER OUT1] and [BOOTH OUT/MASTER
OUT2
] terminals to an appropriate level. Note that loud sound will be
output if the volume is set too high.

1 Set the positions of the controls, etc., as shown
below.

Level indicator switch [CH1/2] position
Channel fader Moved forward
CROSS FADER REVERSE switch [OFF] position
BOOTH/MASTER selector switch [MASTER] position
BOOTH LEVEL control Turned fully counterclockwise
2 Press the [ "] button to play the track.
3 Move the channel fader away from you.
4 Turn the [TRIM] control.
Adjust [TRIM] so that the orange indicator on the channel level indicator
lights at the peak level.
5 Turn the [MASTER LEVEL] control to adjust the audio
level of the speakers.
Adjust the sound level output from the [MASTER OUT1] and [BOOTH
OUT/MASTER OUT2
] terminals to an appropriate level.
When the [BOOTH/MASTER] selector switch is set to the [BOOTH]
position, the [BOOTH LEVEL] control can be used to adjust only the
audio level output from the [BOOTH OUT/MASTER OUT2] terminal to
an appropriate volume.
