Resetting

Reset is equal to "Restart" of a computer. Carry out when pressing a
button or tapping the screen does not respond. When your Toshiba
Pocket PC is reset, all data that was not stored during operation will be
deleted. Stored data will be saved.

If the function cannot be restored even if the reset button is pressed,
initialise your Toshiba Pocket PC.

When the power is on, press the reset button with the stylus, then
release.

Initialising

When you initialise your Toshiba Pocket PC, it returns to the status when
it was purchased.

When you initialise your Pocket PC, all data stored in the memory is
deleted. Your Pocket PC’s initially installed programs are not deleted.
Before initialisation, remove all storage cards.

Turn off the power.

2.

Press the power button while pressing and holding the reset switch
with the stylus, and then release the power button.

3.

When a screen appears, release the reset switch. When initialisation is
completed, the Welcome screen appears. Set up the system
according to the screen as in the case of startup procedure.
