Caller Display
and Call Waiting

Important

To use Caller Display or Call Waiting you must
first subscribe to your network provider's Caller
Display or Call Waiting Service. A quarterly
fee is payable.

For more information on BT’s Select Services,

call BT free on

0800 800 150.

Using Caller Display

If you subscribe to a Caller Display Service
you can see your caller’s number (provided it
is not withheld) on your handset display
before you answer the call. If you have your
caller’s name and number stored in your
personal directory, you will see the name of
your caller displayed instead of the number.
(Please note your Freestyle 2010 will not
match incoming numbers to names stored in
the shared directory.)

When a call is not answered (or is answered on
a telephone on another extension), your caller’s
telephone number (or name if stored in the
directory) will be stored in a Calls list. The
Calls list holds up to 10 calls. When the Calls
list is full the oldest call will be replaced by a
new call, but the latest call will always be at the
top of the list. If a caller rings again their number
or (name) will move to the top of the list.

Ringback calls will display the number dialled
when you requested the ringback service.

New call indication

When a new call is received in the Calls list the
display will show NEW CALLS. This message
