IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• A short cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting from

becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.

• Extension cords may be used if care is exercised in their use.

The marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be
at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. The
extension cord should be arranged so that it will not drape
over the counter top where it can be tripped over or pulled by
children.

• This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than

the other). To reduce risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.

• Do not touch hot surfaces, use handles or knobs.
• Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance

containing hot liquids.

• Do not run the motor while the mixing container is empty.
• After running the motor continuously for one cycle, wait at least

five minutes before running another cycle.

If you experience any problems with your machine, unplug it
immediately from the electrical outlet, then contact
