as while driving, or when biking, walking or jogging where traffic is present .
5 . Prior to inserting the earphones, always recheck the eartips to make sure that
they are firmly attached to the nozzles .
6 . Turn up the volume control only far enough to hear properly .
7 . Ringing in your ears may indicate that the level of the volume is too high .
Try lowering the volume .
8 . Stop using the earphones if they are causing you great discomfort or irritation .
