Troubleshooting

My connection type is PPPoE. I
cannot connect to the Internet.

3. Make sure the coaxial cable

or DSL line is properly
attached on your Cable or
DSL modem. Refer the
manual of your modem to
verify it works normally.

4. Make sure the network cable

between modem and the
Router is well connected.
Power off the modem for a
few seconds and power it
on again.
