CRUSHER CORNERS INSTALL PROCEDURE

Thank you for purchasing Poison Spyder

Crusher Cornersr™ for your Jeep. Installation is

fairly simple however care and patience must be

used to ensure the best installation. If you are

not confident in your mechanical skills please

seek the help of a professional to perform the

installation. Please read through these entire

instructions before proceeding with installation.
Note: Install Instructions apply for models with

and without DeFender™ Flares.
IMPORTANT: Completely install and remove the

Crusher Corners™ prior to painting or powder

coating it. This will allow you to check for fitment

or do any clearancing or fitting ahead of time, to

reduce the chance of damage to the finish during

final installation. Poison Spyder Customs Inc. is

not responsible for costs for or damage to paint

or powder coat finish under any circumstances,

including paint or powder coat of incorrectly

shipped or defective parts.
IMPORTANT: Please check your packages

immediately upon arrival to ensure that

everything listed below is included, and to check

for damage during shipping. If anything is

missing or damaged, call Poison Spyder at (951)

849-5911 as soon as possible.

(x) 3/8-16 Nylon Insert Lock Nut*
(x) 3/8 Flat Washer*

TOOLS NEEDED

• Primer & paint (unless Corners have

already been painted or powder-coated)

• Fine tip felt marker (Sharpie

®

or similar)

• 7/32 hex key (Allen wrench) or hex socket
• 9/16 combination open end/box end

wrench and/or socket with ratchet

• Drill motor with 3/8” & 17/32” (optional) drill

bits

• 1” hole saw (optional) & 4-1/2” hole saw

(optional if installing LED taillights)

• Auto-punch or center punch with hammer
• C-Clamps, welding clamps or similar, and/

or a helper

• Pneumatic body saw, nibbler, electric jig-

saw with bi-metal blade, or die grinder with

cut-off wheel (optional if installing Comp
