INTRODUCTION

Your Bushnell HD Light is innovative and patented technology

providing a perfectly uniform square beam of high definition

light. The HD is machined from aircraft quality aluminum, o-

ring sealed and waterproof. Whereas standard incandescent

and LED lights produce circular patterns of light that are non-

uniform irregular “blobs” of light, the HD High Definition Light

provides 165 lumens of consistent light intensity from center

to edge.

HD ADVANTAGES

• HD allows for cleaner finite reading and makes

objects stand out from their background.

• Makes locating lost objects much easier by using

the “quadrant / zone search method”

• Prevents shadows unlike conventional lights

BATTERY INSTALLATION / REPLACEMENT

Remove the end cap by rotating counter clock-wise.

Insert both batteries positive end first and replace end cap.

If batteries are not inserted correctly, the unit will not light.

To power on the light, first depress the power switch located

on the end cap. This will activate the translucent “B”.Next,

simply press the black button located near the objective head.

The black button can be pressed to move from light settings,

ON, Safety Strobe, and OFF. Once you are finished using

the light, simply depress the power switch located on the end

cap. To turn back on, press the end cap, and then the black

button. Find-Me™ Feature and Battery Life Indicator (Glowing

Button on end cap)

The glowing button is a multi-functional feature serving as a

Find-Me™ feature and Battery Life Indicator. Find-Me™ fea-

ture is especially handy for locating the flashlight in a dark

area (i.e. tent, back-pack etc). Battery Life Indicator - When

the button is Green, the battery life is sufficient for opera-

tion. When the button is Red, the battery life will provide ap-

proximately another 10 minutes before needing to be changed

out with fresh batteries.

WARNING:

Because the HD Light is a high light output flashlight, it can

reach high temperatures. Keep away from children. Use Cau-

tion when handling.

MAINTENANCE

Gently blow away any dust or debris on the lens (or use a soft

lens brush). To remove dirt or fingerprints, clean with a soft cotton

cloth, rubbing in a circular motion. Use of a coarse cloth or un-

necessary rubbing may scratch the lens surface and eventually

cause permanent damage. For a more thorough cleaning, pho-

tographic lens tissue and photographic-type lens cleaning fluid

or isopropyl alcohol may be used. Always apply the fluid to the

cleaning cloth - never directly on the lens.
