JK Oversized Tire Mount

Step 1 – Using the Lug Wrench remove the stock tire from vehicle. You will NOT be removing the Stock Tire

Carrier from the Jeep.

Step 2 – If you’re installing a 2” Round LED Third Brake Light you can cut the existing brake light wire and splice

following the light manufacturers instructions. If you’re not installing a Third Brake Light you can leave
the wire as is.

Step 3 – Install the Hyline Oversize Tire Mount onto the existing tire carrier by sliding the existing wheel studs

through the holes of the Hyline Tire Mount and use 3 supplied flat washers and nuts to install.

Step 4 – You can now mount your new oversize tire onto the Hyline Tire Mount. We’ve already pre-installed the

wheel studs so you don’t have to. You may reuse your Lug Nuts.

Step 5 – If installing a 2” Round LED Third Brake Light you can do so by first inserting the rubber grommet into

the hole in the center of the Hyline Oversized Tire Mount, then push in the LED Light and wire.
